Lemon Meringue Pie!

Today I cooked my first ever lemon meringue pie! It looked pretty good before I cut into it and created a lemon filling avalanche! Tasted good though and isn't that more important? Master Chef judges Eden and Lily gave me an 8/10 and 9/10. (Can't believe Doug's weekend omelet got a better score than my pie!) Note the strategically placed cake server?.....

    Yum!! I bought my first ever mix master (well that's talking it up - beater would be more accurate) and caleb made our first ever PAV!! woohoo movie and pav night 2nite!
